I've been a patient here for a couple years now. The ladies at the front desk can be quite condescending and very lacking in the knowledge department. There's truly no need for an attitude when you contact your Dr's office and half the time, they don't know what they are talking about. Denied my service dog for no "documentations". Lady kept referring her as a pet, which she is not. Edit: Editing my review as the manager called me back to apologize and explain their mistake and get me rescheduled.
I scheduled an appointment but refused to see me since I scheduled the wrong type of appointment. They knew before I came in but waited til I was in the office to tell me that they would not see me. Absolutely unprofessional.
