I have nothing but heartfelt praise for this wonderful location and its incredible staff members. A special shout-out to Cassidy, Amy Tip, Dr. Wolfe, Aisha, Cherish, Jennifer, and Bridget!!! My experience with each of them has been truly wonderful. Their love, care, and unwavering support throughout my pregnancy made an enormous difference for me. I called to make an appointment, and I have never encountered such a rude staff member before. When I asked if there was another way since I could not send a fax, the staff didn’t reply back to me for awhile and said, “I don’t know,” in a very unhelpful and unfriendly manner, showing no willingness to assist. Even though they may just be a staff member to receive a call, they represent the first impression of the clinic, I hope they can work with more professionalism.
Dr. Wayman was good but the whole practice I visited her with was closing 2 weeks later. . So I don’t know if this review would be a good representation of her skills.
