Out of all my years in and out of hospitals and visiting different clinics Her nurse, a young Hispanic gal Luizmarie made a huge impact on myself. The walls and doors are a bit thin. I and everyone in the office could hear her (Dr. Orr) having a discussion with her nurse about me. I was embarrassed and left the office feeling shameful for having a disease that is totally hereditary. She is UNPROFESSIONAL her main concern was how to get me back into the office a few more times before she would give me approval for surgery. She was totally insulting. Wanda Haynes, the NP here, lacks compassion, is passive aggressive, and condescending. I think Dr. Orr oversees her, so it makes sense why she is that way. My grandma sees her (unfortunately) and I’m in the process of finding another endocrinologist for her. It’s almost like she gets annoyed having to interact with patients which is odd since that’s part of the job description, not to mention her career.
