The neighborhood is nice, secure and friendly, the community is also very supportive.
Best and easiest buying experience ever. They have been great through the build process and very responsive. I highly recommend getting a Meritage home in our neighborhood! And 9 months later: Getting them to finish the work on issues we found after moving in has been painful and miserable. 6 months of missed appointments and, as one contractor comes in and does work, another has to come clean up after them.
