Hampton Park Circle home purchase: It’s very difficult to get warranty work done. HORRIFIC WARRANTY DEPARTMENT - getting them to do anything is like trying to pull your own teeth out. NOTHING is covered by their warranty and they have an excuse for everything. The GC on our community was changed every few weeks making it impossible to get any repairs completed. Think twice before buying from them.
It’s pretty despicable how this company operates in Palm Beach County. We purchased our new construction townhome in Catalina August in 2021 and we are still experiencing quality issues with the way our residence was built. Our “brand new” roof has had a consistent leak for several months. It has been reported multiple times to Meritage on all platforms available over several months and there still has not been a resolution to our issue. Just purchased a townhouse from Meritage Homes, Builder did an amazing job! Not only built very quality home with bunch of technology and energy savings and Sales representative and builder management was very professional and so helpful throughout the process.
