Just moved into a Meritage built home in Roseville. Showers do not have ceiling lights; you shower in the dark. Other short-cuts throughout, as cost savers. Cheaply built home sold new in 12/16.
I would just like to say Afsi Ahmadi is absolutely one of the most rude sells representatives I've ever met. Till this day she's left a nasty taste in my mouth. Very two faced and comes off nice when trying to close the deal but not the case.
I need to find two bedrooms, two bedrooms home under $230,000.
