I've been trying to get in touch with Doug Berg for a refund and have been getting the run-around. I have not had any success. At first, the process was going great, had a great time with communication. Now that money is involved, he has suddenly disappeared.

Avoid this builder if you can. Buying a newly built home from the. Is a joke. Prepare for constant problems and refusals to fix the issues. Find another builder if you can.
Waxhaw is begging for relief from overdevelopment with no road improvements, we don't want you here. Read the room. If that 230 acres isn't a nature preserve your company is going to ba tapping into overloaded sewer systems and creating even more traffic.
