I purchased my Meritage home in 2022. The initial sales process was great and the buying experience itself went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the experience after closing has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after moving in, I began receiving extremely high water bills. Avoid this builder if you can. Buying a newly built home from the. Is a joke. Prepare for constant problems and refusals to fix the issues. Find another builder if you can.
Waxhaw is begging for relief from overdevelopment with no road improvements, we don't want you here. Read the room. If that 230 acres isn't a nature preserve your company is going to ba tapping into overloaded sewer systems and creating even more traffic.
