I’ve been having water heater and plumbing issues ever since I moved in. It’s been 2 months now and no resolution. No compensation for wasted water and ugly marks left on the wall from water heater replacements.

Closed/Moved in 10/3/2024. Starting to regret it already. The only fully positive interaction with Meritage has been construction manager Will Terry. I cannot put in words how professional, thorough, and indescribably helpful he is. Give that man a promotion and two raises already (preferably at a company more respectable than Meritage because frankly they don't deserve him). I bought a newly build home by Meritage 10 years ago. I just had my 2nd roof repair done because not enough nails were used so now shingles tend to fly off in moderately high winds.

I recently purchased a beautiful, new Meritage home, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The onsite agent was beyond informative, and the lending officer was so helpful and attentive. If I had known that this experience would be so stress-free, I would have purchased a Meritage home years ago. Kudos Meritage! You all are making dreams come true!
