Customer service is nonexistent. Follow up, regarding recent repairs, is a major undertaking. I will no longer frequent this shop.
The owner Rich is rude and obnoxious. Not only did they harass me every day after my snowblower was repaired to pick it up,(I dropped it off on a Saturday, it was ready Tuesday, they called me 5 times!!!!) when I went to pick it up he basically ignored me and made disparaging remarks because I didnt bring my claim ticket with me. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to another repair shop just not to give my money to that jerk!!!!!!
