Was sent here by my claim handler (Molly Pemberton -Sedgwick Workman’s Compensation) for an MRI. My appointment was 4/3/2025 and during this appointment I was seen by Dr. Durand and during this appointment I mentioned to him that I was still in quite a bit of pain and due to my job description I didn’t feel my at work injury had improved enough to be cleared to return to work. Evans and Dixon had what James Gallen is calling a medical records review done with Susanna Von Essen. This woman and her 40 pages of evidence that shows why she knew absolutely nothing about what she was talking about should be ashamed. According to real doctors who really practice medicine and give decisions for the federal government I'm disabled after my work injury. According to Susanna Von Essen and her 40 pages I could do secondary work. What's so funny is how Susanna Von Essen didn't mention what work I could do lol.... read more
This company misdiagnosed me to help Jame Gallen win my workers compensation claim. The worst part is Merit Medical Evaluation knew they were not giving all the medicals for my claimed injury and Dr. Von Essen still gave a medical opinion that I have long standing moderate persistent asthma. It's not right these medical providers are allowed to provide their paid for opinions with no regards for the patients. While Dr. Von Essen gets to go back to her life and job I'm left to deal with the consequences of Dr. Von Essen lies ... read more
