Merit Maids was very communicative throughout the full process from booking to checking in after the cleaning. Pricing was reasonable and Maricruz did a wonderful job cleaning our home. She was thorough, kind, and thoughtful. Glad to have found this support in a local family owned business.
I had a poor experience with having Merit Maids clean my rental property after tenants had moved out. It was completely empty and wasn’t all that dirty but wanted it professionally cleaned and they left dirt remaining on the floors and kitchen counters. They returned for a re-clean and the kitchen counters were STILL dirty after this so I had to clean them myself (see photo of what I wiped off). They refunded me a whole $24.90 after all of this trouble. Would not recommend them.
Maricruz did an incredible job in my place. After letting things fall by the way side for too long she was able to come in and make my place spotless. I have already set up a scheduled touch ups because I am so throughly impressed!
