I received a tour of one of the homes from Jeri. The home was beautifully decorated and designed. Jeri was great to work with and I would recommend merit homes to anyone looking to build a home. I do wish that my husband and I could build one of their houses in our dream location of Florida.
I have had the pleasure of working with the group at Merit Homes on more than one occasion and you will not find a better group to work with anywhere. Not only are they experts in their fields, but nobody care more about the client than they do. Building and finishing a home can be trying,to say the least... but Merit Homes will take the stress right out of it. Thank you for all your help!
Jeri at Merit Homes did a flawless job with our customized new home construction. We started with a blank canvas and they helped us plan, design, and ultimately build our home. They made it as relaxed as possible for us throughout the whole process, and we were able to put love and care into the finishing touches! The team couldn’t have been better. As I was researching area home builders, I ran across Merit Home's website for Northern Illinois and I was impressed. When I contacted the staff, I was really impressed and knew I had found my home builders. Everyone at Merit listened to my idea's and really worked with me to make sure my house was more then a building, it's my home! I cannot thank everyone at Merit enough for such a great experience and being there with me from the beginning of the project until the end, even through our tough winter month's!
If you want a home builder that is going to build the right way, go with Merit Homes. They are not one of the big guys – they literally only do small projects and give you a ton of attention. Their website has beautiful pictures and they do amazing work. My only regret is that I didn’t go with them sooner when I started hunting for luxury homes in the Libertyville area.
