I called because my AC system was not blowing cold air. The technician assigned to my call encountered an unforseen accident on the way to my call. We were on the verge of a massive heatwave and I desperately needed my AC. Another technician answered my call and arrived at 4:45 pm. He worked quickly and I had cool air by 6pm.
They did a great job installing a new furnace, started right on time and finished up before I expected. Everything looks great and seems like it runs well. The whole process of getting the new furnace was simple and everyone I've spoken with was very nice.
I found Merit Heating & Air Conditioning to be very professional and provided a high quality installation of my home HVAC system. Both heating and air conditioning. They installed furnace for me. I would highly recommend this company.
Merit Heating & Air Conditioning worked around constant obstacles to complete the necessary repairs and new installs, which required repeated trips to complete the job due to interfering factors from electrical and well problems. They stuck at it until it was done and produced an excellent outcome. I would not hesitate to have them back for other work in the future.
We had a good experience getting our vents cleaned. Gregory came, along with another man but I didn't catch his name, and they were great. They were very professional, efficient, and they respected my home. They were on time and did a good job. I would recommend Merit Heating & Air Conditioning and will plan to use them in the future.
