My main complaint about this location is the wait time its absolutely ridiculous. You get called back to the room fairly quickly but once you are there it takes at least 35-45 minutes before the doctor even comes in the room to see you and its not even busy! I just don't get it. It like that every single time I come!

Very high changes for a new patients. I visited this Ridgeland location as a new patient (not for primary Ph. establish) to visit a nurse practitioner (since my primary ph. from MEA is not available) due to bit pain in back side.It was a short and low complexity visit and even for NP, they billed $265 (normally MD and specialty doctors will charge 80 to $100 less for a new patient) and charged under provider location as Flowood. First year medical student here - Came in to have my vaccination record signed off on for my school. They offered no services except signing the dotted line and sending me back out the door, and then charged me $265 for doing so. “Office visit” - Not covered by insurance since they coded it in the system as such. Will never come back here again. DO NOT COME HERE WITH EVERY DAY CONCERNS, go to MEA or Baptist.

Terrible! why? Because the my grandma had appointment in 9:00am and guess what she had been waiting for hours in the room. And then she go out and try to ask why. But When she comes out and find out the doctor was play the computer game the whole entire time.

I have been using this practice for years - I feel well cared for and response when I call is 100%.
