I had some of the worst medical experiences with this place with Michelle Thomas - nurse practitioner. She and her assistant were condescending and were always in a foul mood. Michelle Thomas took an additive out of one of my meds and didn't tell me, so I wasn't watching for problems. My blood pressure when up to 200/140 in two months. As soon as the additive was added back in it came back to normal. I had to do the research to find out what she had done. Recently had an insect bite that over a weekend quickly turned seriously infected. Got into the clinic on Monday to see NP Michelle Thomas who recognized the severity immediately. Consulted with Dr. Tim Sanford who took initial steps and wanted me back the next day to see Dr. Tracy Sanford who sort of specializes in such matters. She was very attentive and reassuring. I am so happy I came here despite the negative reviews. Everyone from the front desk, the assistants, to the physician, was absolutely incredible. The staff is kind, efficient, knowledgeable and eager to help. From the time I checked in to the time I saw the doctor was 10 mins. The doctor sat down and listened to every complaint I had and addressed every single one. He really made me feel safe and comfortable and heard. Dr. Tracy is absolutely amazing! As a new mom, she explained things very well. She even explained how my medication will work and what the side effects will look like. I was able to make an appointment very quickly. The office was very clean. They staff was friendly!! I’ve already recommended her to my mom and MIL.
