I had a very disappointing experience at Merit Health Medical Clinic. I arrived at 12:50 pm on 9/8/2025 to check in, but the front desk staff insisted that I pay a $132 balance before anything else. I tried to explain that I had already received this bill previously, but I noticed I was charged twice for a flu test. I even called the billing department, and they confirmed it was a duplicate charge and that I would be issued a corrected bill. I’ve been seeing Aaron Katzenmeyer for years. Some of the front office needs a little bit of training from Chick-fil-A but when you get through the door leading to the back. Dah dah… you will find an ocean of people who care and have empathy. There’s nothing in this world like an old fashioned doctor in this time and age. You can talk to Dr. Katz about anything!!! He’s even saved me a trip a few times. He was still accessible during covid, not in person but you could still see his face.
