Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a healthcare facility. I dealt with the rude staff, no call backs, 3 hour wait times for a few years because Kim Gross is lovely. She is a wonderful provider. After the past MONTH AND A HALF waiting to get an answer regarding medication, calling over and over again feeling like I am talking to a wall... I am going to have to give up. Judging by the previous reviews I am not the only one who has this issue. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
Great staff overall—everyone was professional and welcoming! But Nurse Kyria really stood out. She was very mannerly, respectful, and carried herself with such a calm, gentle presence. She is honestly really, really drop-dead gorgeous—she truly took my breath away and definitely won my heart! If I could come in every week just to see her, I absolutely would. Overall great staff.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:45, I checked in at 9:37. I sat in the waiting room until 10:17 & asked if I was going to be seen? Shortly afterwards about 10:27 I was put in a treatment room and never saw the physician. At approximately 11:05 I walked out didn’t stop by the checkout or said anything to anyone. I NEVER SAW DR.
