My appointment was scheduled for 9:45, I checked in at 9:37. I sat in the waiting room until 10:17 & asked if I was going to be seen? Shortly afterwards about 10:27 I was put in a treatment room and never saw the physician. At approximately 11:05 I walked out didn’t stop by the checkout or said anything to anyone. I NEVER SAW DR. I recently switched my mom over to see Dr.Jennifer Russum and she loves it here. She is very patient with her and listens. She answers both of our questions and makes sure she has everything she needs during the visit and after. She is concerned about her patients and very caring. Since my mom has been under her care all of her conditions have improved. I am so glad that we found her
Receptionist was devoid of life. No greeting and no smile, just what do want and see your way out. Not a good experience for anyone concerned about there health.
To say the office staff are unfriendly would be a huge understatement but what is so bad that I have come here to write a review is the inadequacy of the entire office. How this place keeps patients is beyond me. My husband's appointment was rescheduled several different times and when he showed up for the latest one, he was told his doctor was not in that day and that he would have to see the NP, even though the reminder text was for the physician. The doctor and nurse practitioner are nice and all but it’s really frustrating having to sit in the room for 2+ hours only to have the doctor come in for 3 minutes and refer you elsewhere.
