Not on time, not professional, and rude. I don’t want to be mean but this is all they have.
They went out of their way to take care of me. The lady at the reception desk was so sweet!
Still waiting on a call back regarding my test results. Karen promised me I would hear from her yesterday. Apparently she doesn't keep her word. Extremely disappointed
It seem like I had to vouch for myself when i questioned a second opinion. I was wondering if I had a doctor with NP Karen Seago 🤔. I have health issues and I'm going to ask questions whether you like it or not we as patients keep them with a job.. It's more or less like they were guessing with the symptoms and diagnoses. The whole attitude changed when i asked about a second opinion. What a shame I will be contacting the Board. Dr.Johnson need to go back and get recertifed along with some of the nurses. Doesn't know how to diagnose someone properly had to visit another docter who actually helped and now I no longer have the problem. I have a few other complaints also. EVERYONE PLEASE BE CARFUL ON WHO YOU CHOOSE SOME DOCTERS ARE OUTDATED AND THEIR NURSES REFLECT WHO THE HEAD IS. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
