We contacted Merit to replace carpet in master bedroom and hall.. Traci contacted us and came to our home for consultation and gave us an estimate for our request. Today the LVP was installed. We are extremely please with the outcome. Throughout the entire process everything was handled with professionalism that unfortunately is not very common anymore. Gene Fischer is absolutely stellar in three categories: 1. Customer service 2. Product Knowledge 3. Delivery. He worked with our budget and was super sensitive to the time constraints of having to install while our father was in the midst of surgery. Traci Allmond was an Angel from heaven when we needed carpet installed in our new home on a tight schedule. Add in a hurricane, and Traci, despite her own personal impacts from Hurricane Helene, went above and beyond to ensure our carpet was installed before the movers showed up with our 16k lbs of furniture. Traci is worth her weight in gold, and has a brave and generous spirit. We will continue to use Merit for flooring and design services based solely on our experience with Traci. Highly recommend!!
