Well I had them change my oil, told them just to check air filter and cabin filter. They did not screw back on the cover of the air filter, did not leave sticker in my window for when to replace oil next time. I was there for an hour, then they wanted to delay another 45 min because they said they had to order an air filter for my car. Since when do they not have air filters on hand? I said I just told u to check it . They r suppose to come and get u first to explain everything then let u decide. I declined. Paid my bill and... read more
