I see all these bad reviews that they don’t call back. I did the sleep study there about 5 years ago. They got me in rather quickly, the room was like a hotel room. The technician was kind and efficient. She explained what she was doing while hooking me up to all the wires. I got answers right away. I did have sleep apnea and was directed to go to their Lombard office to pick up my CPAP machine. I wished I would have known about sleep studies years ago. My doctor referred me to this center. I’ve left 12+ messages with the business and nobody returns any calls. I was lucky to finally get through and talk to a person who tried to put me on hold but hung up on me. Most of the time when you call you are automatically put on hold for several minutes then there’s an automated message to leave you contact information and someone will call you back but there’s no response to the messages left. Did a home sleep study early January, turned in the equipment the next morning, was told everything looks good. Never heard back after that. Called 4 times, never heard back. Called my doctor's office - finally 6 weeks after the sleep study, Merit called and said there is no information on the machine, you will have to do it again. Really?!?! OK - Did the sleep study again 8 days ago, turned in the machine to someone who said her boss would call in a couple hours. Boss never called, nobody ever called. So I called, left a me... read more
