I hired Merit's cleaning company to steam clean the carpets. I was happy with the overall cleaning of the carpets. However, Merit came in the day after my whole apartment cleaning was done. The technician had to wear his shoes (I understand), but tracked wet/soapy shoe marks on the clean floors. There was also white residue tracked on the floors from the cleaning product.
