Took in for water pump replacement just recently had oil cooler lines Changed by another dealership truck was low on oil advised them to check oil during their multi-point inspection they failed to do so I left the dealership with the new water pump but 2 quarts low on oil after a multi-point inspection then I asked to get a quote on the truck to see what I could sell it for see how much of a difference I need to come up with to get out of it and nothing that's why I shop out of town
We bought a GMC Sierra Denali 2500 from Hannah and every part of the experience was top notch. We felt we got a great price for our trade-in. Even John Holt himself came over to say hello! We couldn't be happier or more satisfied.
Bought a GMC in Oklahoma City no did not buy at John Holt but get all of my service down there until they said my warranty was out and the oil cooler lines were not covered but when I call the GMC dealership in the city everything is covered they didn't even try to help me when I have warranty
The salesman was great and did a great job selling us a GMC Denali. We went in and dealt with Michael Flynn and he sold us on a Gap policy. The sale was on Saturday and immediately Monday morning I called him to cancel as the Gap insurance was not what we wanted. Mr. Flynn tells me that he would cancel and we would receive a check in the mail. A few days maybe a week later I call to confirm and they sent me to voicemail.
