This company oversees the condo association fees related to Eaton Place in North Haven, CT. I was an owner of a unit, but did not live on the premises. Board meetings where owners are invited were scheduled during regular business hours, which precluded attendance for those working full-time. Mailings were posted in the building, and mailed to residents, but as a non-resident owner, I often did not receive important updates.
