Fantastic customer service and great furniture! I just purchased my second couch with Paris merisons and I absolutely love it! Maranda and Hanna both were so much help with the process. I always recommend this location when asked about furniture and this experience was a reminder why I do. Keep up the great work!
I live in Michigan, and was looking to order an adjustable bed for my senior citizen brother in TN. I had no luck with 2 other furniture stores in Paris,TN. They wouldn't take a payment by phone with my debit or credit card, and were very lacking in customer service skills, to put it mildly. THANKFULLY, I googled and stumbled upon Merison's website! We purchased a new mattress. Customer service was very helpful in helping us chose the right one. The delivery guys were on time and set everything up like we wanted it. Very good experience!!
We just got our new furniture delivered!! We have had a great experience working with Merisons! Our salesperson, Hannah, was super polite and helpful. We had a lot of questions and she answered everyone of them. The delivery guys, Cody and Dre were very friendly. They got our furniture moved in in no time!! I would definitely recommend Merisons!!
Had an easy and awesome experience! Needed a recliner for my husband who is a recent amputee. Customer service was great in store, and delivery guys were on time and knowledgeable on the functions and settings of the chair.
