After dealing with some other companies in the past and not being happy with them, I decided to try Merino, and they turned out to be a good choice. When I explained all the baloney antics that I did not want to put up with, I was assured that they were familiar with all the things not to do, and they would take care of my car and honor our agreement. I used Hugo and Gabriela's service to take me to Santa Ana airport and back again for a recent flight. I had a wonderful experience with them. The reservation system was smooth, they picked me up on time, and provided an excellent driving experience. I had to change my return reservation at the last minute owing to sudden illness, and they were very helpful and accommodating. I will certainly be using their company again in the future!
