Erik and the team at Merino construction have been our go-to builders for over 10 years. They have helped us with a few of our residential properties including; bathroom and kitchen renovations, timber flooring, granny flat upgrade, building decking and privacy screening, as well as helping us with our retail shop fit-out and industrial unit fit-out. Erik and his team reconstructed/ extended our foyer area, installed a new front door and build custom made linen closet for us. The job was very reasonably charged and done very professionally. When I needed Erik to come back to re-adjust the front door due to slight movement a year later, he had no problem in doing so without charging me extra. I highly recommend Erik and his team to anyone wanting to do any building/renovating to their home.
