I had no idea you’d have your own “personal assistant” Tracy, helping you through this process. This order was for my daughters baby shower. Started with helping me decide what to order to several follow up emails from her with a countdown, and making sure I had no questions and no changes to make. Now to the BEST part. We ordered a cake for my sisters golden birthday. When we ordered we showed an inspo picture of a cake that was done for a friend at this exact bakery. When my sister went to pick it up she left with this yellow/orange mess. The piping is so uneven and for $100 cake, the color should not be yellow. Extremely disappointing. (The cake looks more gold in the last pic because we went to Michael’s and bought gold spray and used a whole bottle on the cake)
Donuts were wonderful, but the staff member handing out orders was just plain rude! Needs a brush up on customer service skills!
They were incredible to work with!! Highly recommend!!!
