Incompetent and rude receptionist appalling
One extremely rude receptionist. Rude at my appointment, and when I was given the wrong script and called about it I was told the best she could do is give me another appointment and I’d have to pay again! Thankfully the other lovely receptionist called straight back and rectified the issue.
