Dinner tonight was average. Parma night wed and it was burnt not great. Cut off burnt bits as I said average meal
We have had meals at the Lakeview and always enjoyed them. Unfortunately they have recently changed hands. The service was argumentative and the meals were terrible. We were given a wrong dish, the wedges were overcooked, the vegetarian nachos came in a solid block and had very little bean mix, the squid salad was soggy and lacking advertised ingredients. We won’t be returning unless it improves. As a local, we will know.
We were in Merimbula for the weekend celebrating birthdays from Brisbane and Melbourne and ate in the restaurant last night and the meals were amazing! The food was super fresh, the seafood linguine was fantastic, and the side salad should be renamed to a paddock of salad. The kids meals were massive as well, followed by icecream and sprinkles. Great place for lunch looking over the lake
Friendly service, good beer, good food. Nice views, we enjoyed this place. Oysters fantastic, so tasty.
