I've used them several times. Family owned business. The techs that came really took pride their work.
Bad communication. Said they would come out to repair something, no reply on the day of and then they just replied “maybe” when I asked if they were coming out.
Very non-communicative. He told me he would come on a monday, but turned out to be a no-show, no-call. He would never give me a definitive appointment day/time afterwards. He kept it very vague. "Sometime early next week" for example. Then stopped responding entirely. Left me without A/C for two weeks and had to find someone else.
Simply awesome, I called them in an emergency and through the strong Google reviews. They did NOT disappoint; we had a rare issue with wire open on travel to the roof in our condo building. They found an alternate solution. I will hire them to replace my aging unit. Strongly recommend.
Hands down the BEST AC professional in the Tampa Bay Area. Extremely knowledgeable and doesn't upsell. Knows his stuff I tell you! Showed up on time, stayed in contact and notified me with updates. Explained the issue in simple terms to understand, and got the job done right fast. A++
