Really wanted to enjoy this place but it felt like upscale airport food with a premium price. Haven’t been in years and now I know why.
We had a wonderful dinner at Meril and really enjoyed the whole experience. We decided to share several dishes, which turned out to be a great way to explore the menu. We tried the gumbo, Kung Pao broccoli, and the tuna bundles, and everything was delicious. Traveling solo and stopped in on a whim while walking back to my hotel. So glad I did! I was able to be seated and enjoyed a great glass of wine and the upside-down cornbread and tacos. The cornbread especially was incredible. I might need to go back. My server also took good care of me. Recommend.
Great experience. Food was amazing and eclectic. Service was great.
