This review is for front staff and MA who worked with BOTROS on 12/6/24. I went to her on 10/29 for bilateral feet pain she scripted US . Been over 1 month and never received a call about my results had to personally go to radiologist who informed me that the podiatrist office fax was not working as they attempted to send results several times . I had to call for appointment today fortunately a slot was open at 1030am Dr Botros prescribed nsaids . When I went to pick up meds 2 hrs later pharmacy said they never got a script ... read more
