This was my first cranial sacral therapy. I felt so relaxed and could feel the energy move through my body in a weird way. Hard to describe that sensation. I fell asleep on and off through the hour and woke up very much at peace. Highly recommend! Thanks Amanda!
I drove from San Diego to Long Beach for my appointment with Omar and it was beyond worth it. Being a therapist myself for the past 10 years, I’ve had many massages in many different states/establishments. Omar was by far the best. He is very detailed and his techniques are very effective. On top of that, he’s professional and won’t chat your ear off while you’re trying to relax. I 100% recommend this therapist to anyone who needs to both relax and receive effective bodywork!
Omar is the real deal. He’s kind and attentive and listens to your needs, tailoring to your individual experience. As a runner and workout junkie, I was in desperate need of extra recovery help. He's especially helpful for those who work at a computer all day.
