I've now had 4-5 massages with Amanda. She is amazing! She takes the time to talk to you about where you're feeling the most tension/pain. Then she focuses on your specific area of need! She does wonderful, restorative work!! I highly recommend Meridians!!

I went Meridians and received a sports massage from Omar. This was the best massage I have ever received! He was very professional and intentional about the areas we were focusing on. He incorporated massage and some stretching, which were both very effective. The environment was neat and clean. I will definitely return for another session and I highly recommend Meridians!
