Chacha is amazing, very knowledgeable and patient, she is very calm we have learned so much from her, I would recommend Chacha to anyone who's looking for an amazing sale rep/ a good friend.
We met Drew 6 months ago when we were just looking. He kept in touch with me ever since. Letting me know about the incentives they were offering and the new build areas. Let’s just say he called me last week and guess what? We signed. I could not have asked for a better sales consultant. Drew is a great person willing to help me with any question anytime. We love his personality.
I’ve known Chacha McGinnis for almost a year now, and she is a wonderful sales consultant with David Weekley Homes. She is always available, whether through texts or calls and takes the time to explain things clearly and patiently. She’s very kind, friendly, and professional, which truly makes a difference in the home-buying experience. When clients ask me about builder sales consultants, she’s someone I’m happy to speak highly of because of the level of service and kindness she shows. Highly recommend!
