Unfortunately, our experience with Meridian Watermark was extremely disappointing and ultimately caused us to take the property off our list. Great fast service and the staff was friendly as always!
I lived here for 2 years. Very ratchet. The day I moved in and got my keys they gave me the wrong apartment layout than the one they had specifically told me I was getting. From the day I moved in my washing machine was broken. It took a whole year for me to finally get a replacement after asking multiple times. Maintenance did not repair anything from the previous tenant. I didn’t even have a shower rod (and never got one I had to buy my own that I ended up leaving for the next person), there were holes in the walls that we... read more
My AC stopped working and Maintenance was on it right away. They worked on it until It started working properly and even checked the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. Love it here!
