Maintenance technician was polite, understanding and efficient
I've lived here almost 9 years and my main complaint is it's not gated as was advertised when we moved in. The first couple of years the gate worked occasionally. I suppose they gave up trying to keep it working. I gave up expecting the complex would be gated. There are occasional issues with the trash compactor that creates unhealthy trash buildup. Fortunately, I live up front by the entrance and don't have to live with it until I have to empty the trash. Otherwise, I've pretty much had a relatively pleasant experience.
