I am sitting here feeling betrayed and manipulated into accepting this first-floor apartment. Initially, I was allocated a second-floor unit, but was informed that it was not ready. Instead, I was offered a dirty, bug-infested, and smelly apartment. The dishwasher is leaking water, and there is a water stain on the ceiling in the master bedroom.
