My experience with this shop has been absolutely a nightmare. It has been 4 weeks and $3500 since I dropped my wife's car off because of a transmission issue. I have returned it three times because of issues. They are currently pulling the transmission out for the third time to try and fix workmanship and parts issues. I've asked for my money back and of course have gotten the run around. These guys are awesome. They've taken care of me and my car 100%. Yeah, rebuilding a transmission is expensive, but every dollar I've spent has been well worth it. They're professional, prompt and timely in service. Also very friendly. I've got nothing to say but good things about this place. I 100% recommend.
This place is a complete rip-off. They quote you one price and then tell you another. They had my vehicle 3 weeks and it is still not right. They would not give me a copy of the warranty. No communication with anyone but pablo. The owner is always gone, so you can't talk with him. Get everything they say on paper.
There are a lot of places to choose from. Make sure you choose one of them and not this place. They are dishonest, rude, and unethical
Had some work recently done, not diagnosed properly, communication was poor, and the price was significantly more than quoted. Will not recommend.
These guys were great to work with. I have a 2003 Honda Accord that was acting up on me. It finally gave out at the mall. I called them and they towed it in for me. They explained everything to me and even showed me the transmission in the back when it was apart. They gave me a great warranty and the price was right. Thanks for the great work.
I would totally recommend these guys! Took my truck in thinking I needed a tranny rebuild. I really wasn't at a point to pay for the new rebuild and was stressed. They were honest and told me that I could probably go awhile longer without the rebuild. Most shops wouldn't care and would just want me to fork over the money....not Meridian. When my truck does finally need the rebuild I will for sure be returning to those guys. Thanks again Meridian Transmission!
They are very dishonest! Given wrong information related to financing of the work to be done on the car. Was told we would not have to pay over $2000 but ended up being $2900!!! Was never given a written estimate or signed for work to be done prior to completion. Spoke badly about competition. Would not return phone calls and vehicle was not done when promised. I will never go here again or recommend to anyone I know.
