Best place to use while buying or selling a house! Great staff very quick professional process.
They require you to pay $100 before they run a title check I said I’ll think about it. Later on they tried telling me I needed to pay that $100 because they already ran the title. They/Lisa, specifically stated “you need to pay the $100 deposit before we run the title check”. Haha she said she was gonna leave a note that says don’t trust this guy lol.
