We have used them for several years. They are very professional, prompt, friendly and always do a great job.

I have worked with Meridian title for many years as a seasoned investor and for this transaction they dropped the ball many times. I purposely chose Meridian title to close for my for sale by owner and gave them all the documents they needed six weeks prior to closing. Those documents were not finalized until 5:00 PM the day before closing scheduled for 1 PM . Very little communication , no follow through and missed emails that were not read.
