Great title experience! The closer was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Closing took less than 10 minutes in my case (note: this was a land loan refi and I'd e-signed documents online). There were no sticking points or things I couldn't understand. Not that you can choose, but...if I could choose, this company would be my first choice.
