MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU have lived there since 2005.. have had on going issues with the management .. Shortly after we moved in to the park - All of the tenants got notices that no pitbull or large dogs allowed anymore in the park,. We just so happened to have a older female pitbull.. Needless to say we gotrid of her to comply with the rules . There have been many notices given out to all of the tenants - but rarely ever does the management team back up the notice - case in point we currently have a neighbor that mo... read more

meridian terrace is a horrible mobile home park .. do not believe any of these posts .. the management team do nothing to keep its ocupants safe. They allow people to have vicious dogs in the park - after handing out notices to everyone in the park that that breed of a dog is not allowed.. Even after bringing that to managements attention 3 weeks have gone by and they have done nothing .. this animal is trying to get at me and my kids and grandkids every time we go out the door .. the owner screms at us to shut up as well. I like it here – Nice park, very clean, good management and security. Really enjoy living here.
Great place to live – This i a really nice park to live in. I have been here for a year and had no major problems with my neighbors or the management. The residents keep their yards nicely groomed and the park with the playground is great for kids. The neighbors are friendly but not overly so. Good place to call home.
nice quiet place to live – I was very skeptical at first when I moved here but now that Ive been here for more then three years I love it. Its quiet and the other people in the park are very courteous. My yard is huge which is a plus and I feel confident in letting my kids play in the yard,because of the tall fences. its really private which is unusual in a mobile home park but thats One of the best things about it.
