Dr.Dua and I met in an emergency situation when going to the ER at Northside, Cherokee. He was great in making me feel comfortable, informing me of what needed to be done and gave me reassurance in the surgery I needed. He has done 2 surgeries on me since May and I could not be happier with the outcome of these surgeries this year. I highly recommend Dr.Dua and his office staff. They have made a stressful period of this year a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Dr Dua is great and experienced, good bedside manner. He just needs med assistant and or a PA to help. Also a patient portal .
I was assigned to Dr. Dua's office to deal with a surgical drain placed during my stay at Northside Hospital. Unfortunately, I've only gotten the run-around form this office and nearly three weeks later, my surgical drain has received no service at all. Despite being referred by northside, his office has done nothing to provide even the most basic level of care to ensure my safety and well-being.
