Dr Dua is great and experienced, good bedside manner. He just needs med assistant and or a PA to help. Also a patient portal .

I was assigned to Dr. Dua's office to deal with a surgical drain placed during my stay at Northside Hospital. Unfortunately, I've only gotten the run-around form this office and nearly three weeks later, my surgical drain has received no service at all. Despite being referred by northside, his office has done nothing to provide even the most basic level of care to ensure my safety and well-being. I didn't want to meet Dr. Dua. At least I didn't want to meet him as my surgeon. I would have been glad to meet him at a Canton street festival, or sitting at Reformation Brewery. But life and a hernia had different plans for me and Dr. Dua. I needed surgery; moreover I needed a hernia repair. I met him at his office for a first visit.
