I will start with this before you even pull into the TRAILER PARK keep going The manager here tries to make this place sound like it's so great and it's not. There are cops in and out of here all the time because of kids causing problems or other issues. Plus, the kids that live in the trailer park cause issues. There are always major plumbing issues.
