I have a great therapist now and am very happy with Meridian. But my last therapist, Erika, was really horrible. Avoid her at all costs. She lies in therapy notes and is very unprofessional in conversation. She ridiculed my thoughts and opinions and and has no concept of peer support duties. Thankfully it was only a few sessions. The rest of the people are really great, especially the women at the front desk and my current therapist.
To the rude snood that just answered and told me hatefully that you transfered me to Muncie for the insurance. If you would have said that in the 1st place I was being transfered there I would have understood. You need to lose your attitude!
I have had a therapist from Meridian for many years now, her name is Sharon Troxel & she has helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. I just want people to know there is no shame in needing help and if you think you need a sounding board or just someone to talk to Meridian & especially Sharon, has been a blessing in my life!
Do NOT go see Michelle Mercer!!! She is extremely rude & unprofessional; interrupting patients to overtalk them & their advocates present during zoom meetings. Little to no compassion for patients with mental illness and qualified disabilities. Luckily coping skills has taught me to channel my hyperfocus into being productive by educating myself on the parameters of my situation; so she hs met her match with me! Using virtual providers to service patients that they cannot treat if providers are on leave. Staff is too ignorant to process a records request made by insurance investigation. Providers overtalk you and deny helpful medications with gene site testing; stating they’ve tried all the options available when they haven’t. My provider is on maternity leave and the rude lady filling in said I’m not her patient.
