I think the psychologist side is really good and has people that care about you. The staff is always really good about getting my medicine refilled and calling for appointments. The other side on the other hand, I wouldn’t recommend. Primary doctor wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t really help me out. I had a really bad experience. I would go somewhere else for that. But otherwise.. phycologist.. yes!
So, the office staff are super sweet. They always pick up, and when we need refills on medication, they tell the nurse and get it done. Since there’s so many good reviews about Laura, here is an honest one. Yesterday I had a doctor’s appointment, around 4:30, around the end of the day. Went here to get help and learn how to cope with my life and they actually made it 10 times worse now saying there is certain things wrong with me that are not and we're so quick just to send me to the psych ward forget the fact I hadn't had a real person to share my problems with in 10 years so no they don't care about you it's what's they can do to make money off your insurance and because of this I have went almost a year without the meds they said I needed am doing personally fine without them cause I didn't need them in... read more
Dr Clarke I love she listens and is always explaining what the plan is, now the person who answers the phone wow never at the desk to answer the phone been trying since last week to set up a appointment to see Dr Clarke and it makes it hard on us patients who need to see Dr Clarke when the person in the front don’t answer phone calls or even return phone calls.
Staff is very friendly and i always feel well taken care of. Laura Clark is amazing and so easy to talk to!
