Meridian Senior Living should be very proud of their most valuable assets which are their teams of caregivers at each of their assisted living facilities. I have been working for meridian senior living for about 4 years now, it's really a great place to work. But the only problem is the management. Some people worked overtime when the other do not have hours. The extra hours are not share equality in between employees. I think they give hours to some people according to their affinity with the manager or the scheduler. That is not right.
