If zero stars were an option that’s what they would get. Had our Simplicity lawn tractor for a month to repair a problem with the deck. Had to go there once to check on the status as they didn’t return our calls. Apparently one part was a problem. Ordered one that didn’t work and said the could get a used one for $350.00. Made some calls and found a repair shop in Polo that agreed they didn’t make the part in Steele anymore but they did in aluminum. Went to Meridian to pick up the deck and they wanted to charge us over $700 ... read more
First time customer. Had them basically rebuild the deck on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. Works real good now. Will definitely use again
I bought a 42 Inch zero turn Bad Boy mower last year from Meridian Implement. It has worked flawlessly for one season. The service I have received when I had the mower in for routine maintenance service has been terrific. All the discounts that were promised when I purchased the mower were honored when I called for pick up and then delivery after the maintenance service was performed. The person's inside the store are so very person friendly. They will help you find what you ask for even if they don't have it in stock or even carry it normally. I just recently needed a part for my craftsman riding mower and the young lady at parts looked up the part number , checked on availability , told me wait time for her shelf, then directed me to another store that had this very part on hand !! Who does this much work for a customer today with zero sales for the self. Only the best with customer service at its best.... read more
