My husband and I moved from Tennessee, and we rented a house from Jerry and Sherry. We paid the first-month rent ($1700), last month ($1700) and a deposit of $1700, for a total of $5200. Nothing but great things to say about having Megan Cortez as our Realtor. We had a time crunch, were very very VERY picky, and had lots of requests for our perfect home. We moved to Ocala from Ohio and Megan Cortez was such a HUGE help. We knew nothing about the area and we only had 6 weeks to find and close on a house!! We came down one weekend and the first house she showed us we fell in love with!!! She did all of the leg work for us and made everything go so smoothly! I know everyone tends to be partial to "their" realtor, but Megan TRULY is the best and we absolutely loved working with her!! I would give her 10 stars if I could
