They took my money for an intake call, then gave me the choice of working with a student or not working with anyone at all. Advise you find a different place to be treated. They promised me they'd find a good fit for my case after a long intake call and get me an appointment within weeks. They emailed back and matched me with a 24 year old student, who didn't even have her licence, as my therapist. There's no Meridian location in Mansfield, Connecticut. I called the number and the answering service person confirmed it was Meridian however they were confused about there being a location there. They said it's located in Newtown, Connecticut. That they do telehealth for Mansfield. Anyway, you can't actually call and speak to a receptionist.
