I’ve been taking my three children to this pediatric office since moving to Jackson about three years ago, back when Dr. Anil Pawa was still managing it. Unfortunately, since the practice changed hands and new doctors and staff, including Dr. Punam Patel Jain, have taken over, the quality of care has declined dramatically. Very unorganized, complicated and rude establishment I've ever been to. My daughter needed gastrologist. We were rescheduled due to 15 minutes late arrival from getting lost. So when we returned on time on rescheduled date, they had us waiting for 45min before they called us in and waited another 15min in the room. Finally Dr. walked in and had no clue to the procedure so we left frustrated. Of course they've billed for a procedure they did not performed. So many Drs in different practices under one office, nurses and recept... read more
