The staff especially at night is 4 stars. Mistakes in medication, supplies go missing. They did inherit a BAD situation working to turn it around.
There is a new employee, Adriana in memory care, whom I know from another facility. She is excellent!
A Dear friend of mine resides here, 7 months now. Sub-Par to no care from the caregivers. Management pretends to care, but doesn’t. The entire staff needs to be re-educated on how to patiently and unconditionally care and tend to the needs of Seniors with or without Alzheimer’s.
