I went there for a work required Drug test. Mandatory and not my first one. The medical information they wanted from me was ridiculous for a random drug test. I am not their patient therefore it’s none of their business. I felt this was a complete violation of my privacy and I feel some HPPA laws. They are a collector of test samples, Not my doctor. Shame on them.
A very bad experience, I am waiting for over 30 mins for my employment physical and it seems people before me are frustrated as well waiting. The reception staff is unkind and cold.
Lovely staff that is fast and efficient. They are quick to answer the phone and the ladies that man desk for appointments are very helpful to work with you and your schedule.
Extremely unorganized and inconsiderate of people’s time.
Staff is nice but my apt was at 1 for a basic physical for a job and 2:00 and still haven’t been seen. But everyone up front chit chatting about how one girl does her own lashes and the other one wants to try a Starbucks drink and this and this. Which is fine but what am i waiting an hour past my apt time ! What is the point of an apt time !
